Introduction; Carnivorous Lifestyle

I'm never good at these 'Introductory' sort of posts. Ugh. So I'mma just keep it simple, kay?

The Carnivore Assessment;
This particular blog of mine is to keep a daily account of how I fare upon consuming a basic Carnivore diet and how it will effect my Health for the following Month.

The Rules;
- No Medication (unless direly needed)
- No 'Addtional' Exercise
- No Seasonings/Salt and Spices

The Diet;
The Carnivore diet is basic and consists of three simple factors; Meat,  Eggs and Distilled Water. Cooking wise; Ghee, Butter and/or Coconut Oil shall be used.

It doesn't get any more complicated, promise
