Breaking~Fast; 6:30pm
x1 - Seared, Blood Rare Rump Steak
(seared in a pan with Ghee and then baked in the oven)

Water Intake;
x3 - Distilled Water
(roughly just less than a Litre throughout the day)

Notes;
The Rump Steak was really divine. Rare. Bloody. Perfect. I didn't think I'd be able to finish and yet I did. I am one very happy, and full Carnivore.

On another note, my energy levels today has been the best I've felt in years and to make things even further perfect... I had no hunger pangs, at all today while Fasting.

I am utterly happy and content.
