Daily Meats; 14/05/2010
Breaking~Fast; 7pm
x1 - Seared, Medium Rare Rump Steak
(seared in a pan with Ghee and then baked in the oven)
x2 - Hamburger Patties
(seared in a pan with Ghee and then baked in the oven)
x3 - Shoulder Bacon
(seared in a pan with Ghee and then baked in the oven)
x7 - Hard Boiled Eggs
(used salt, didin't turn out quite right)
Water Intake;
x2 - Distilled Water
(roughly just less than half of a Litre thoughout the day)
Notes;
As per usual the Rump Steak was yummy, I did mistake the cooking time so it was Medium-ish rare than Blood rare but that's fine by me. I've also used up the Bacon and at last moment decided to cook up the Hamburger Patties. The hardboiled eggs were a disaster, I used salt which is probably my reason why it didin't turn out as expected.
On a second note, I'm heading out of town due to a family emergency thus my daily blogging shall cease until further notice. I'll be cooking up the rest of the Hamburger patties and thus that shall be my meal for tomorrow. Five Hamburger patties in total, I think?
Before I finish this off, I'll just say that I did indeed wake up with energy but I also woke up with a slight minor headache and a sore stomach. (I expect it's because it's that Time of the Month) other than that I've been fine...
So, so full and yet thirsty.
Daily Meats; 13/05/2010
x1 - Seared, Blood Rare Rump Steak
(seared in a pan with Ghee and then baked in the oven)
Water Intake;
x3 - Distilled Water
(roughly just less than a Litre throughout the day)
Notes;
The Rump Steak was really divine. Rare. Bloody. Perfect. I didn't think I'd be able to finish and yet I did. I am one very happy, and full Carnivore.
On another note, my energy levels today has been the best I've felt in years and to make things even further perfect... I had no hunger pangs, at all today while Fasting.
I am utterly happy and content.

x2 - Poached(ish) Eggs

Notes;
I found the Lamb Shoulder Chops to be quite moist and tender. I actually found my meal to be quite satisfying and I'm still quite sated even well afterwards.
The Poached(ish) Eggs were pretty meh and I accidently cooked them too long in the Microwave, opps!
